Is it suitable for solo diners?

How do branches keep the cooking consistent?
The recipes, sauces and marinades come from Chef Kim's Cooking Lab on Sukhumvit 31, the group's central kitchen. Recipe development follows the cooking of Master Chef Myoung Hee Kim, who opened the first kitchen in Bangkok in 2010.
