The Bibimbab is the group's first brand, founded in Bangkok in 2010. Operated by The Bibimbab Co., Ltd., it serves dolsot bibimbab, soups and other Korean dishes across Thailand.

Our story

The first stone bowl.

The Bibimbab is where the group began. In 2010, Master Chef Myoung Hee Kim started serving Korean home cooking in Bangkok.

Bibimbab brings different ingredients together in one bowl: seasoned vegetables, sauces simmered in our kitchen and rice that crisps against the hot stone.

Today, The Bibimbab serves guests at Siam Paragon, IconSiam, One Bangkok and other locations in Thailand, cooking with the care that went into its first bowl.
